The heating energy consumption has not reduced.
There are obvious reasons why the amount of heating energy has increased. When the ventilation system has been renovated, no other repairs were done. In new conditions, part of the supply air is coming through the leakage in untight areas of external walls. The heat recovery unit actually processes only one part of the incoming air.
